Hi, I'm Ross Harkness. My wife Jenny and I have five children with age ranges from college to preschooler (two girls, then three boys). So, there is never a dull moment around our home. As a lifelong sports and outdoor enthusiast, when I am not busy with real estate and property investments, my family and I are often at a soccer match, baseball game or playing golf. We also enjoy family outings at the beach or lake and an occasional ski trip.

I am happy to be a Carolina transplant. With a few prayers and a ton of research on places to live in the US, we decided to move the family here in August, 2007 after a lifetime of living in Southern California. We could have moved anywhere in the world, but chose Rock Hill and the Lake Wylie area of York County, South Carolina.

In California, I ran a successful design/build construction firm and was involved in many commercial and residential projects with a primary focus on high end residential remodeling and new construction. Despite a growing business, we felt that moving to the Carolina's was the best thing for our family, and what a wonderful decision that has turned out to be.

I feel truly blessed to be in this area. We have found the people to be friendly and inviting, the business environment easily accommodating, the taxation low, the school systems outstanding and an abundant availability of goods and services.

While working in the building industry, realtors would often call me with their complicated property questions of which they had no possible way to answer for themselves. I also knew that I wouldn't be able to build forever and real estate has always been in my blood. So as a realtor/builder, I have found the perfect niche to successfully match my lifelong skills and passion with a career.

After moving to the Carolina's, my realtor, Clif Ridenhour and I turned out to be good friends and we decided to blend our talents into the form of the Palmetto Property Pros. He lost one of his best clients but we both gained a great partner. At least I hope that he thinks that! Clif and I support, motivate and encourage each other and are committed to client satisfaction at every level. If I am not available, he is there to assist you.

Hi, I’m Clif Ridenhour. I am a Carolina native and would live nowhere else. In the Carolina’s you have it all from the sandy beaches to the beautiful mountains and, best of all, housing is so affordable. I have several friends and business associates that live in high price areas like San Diego and Washington D.C that pay at least half a million dollars for their first home. In the Carolina’s that could buy you a home on a lake or the beach.

Let me tell you a little about myself. I enlisted in the Marine Corps after graduating from High School in Durham, NC. After four years I was Honorably Discharge. I then enrolled in college at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, SC. While attending school, I was also a full-time Police Officer for Horry County. In 2004, I graduated from CCU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. I then began my career in real estate in Myrtle Beach where the market was hot. I met my amazing wife while in school; she also had an interest in Real Estate. After we were married we decided to move to the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area. Since moving here we have joined the Wilkinson and Associates team where we have been extremely happy.

Now, why do I like the real estate business? I think it is helping people find that perfect home. I have always been a hard worker whether it was serving our country or juggling a full-time job while going to school. I love shopping for homes and helping people sell their homes. My commitment to you is honesty and availability, if you call I answer. If you want to see fifty homes in one day I am there. If you can only look at homes on Sunday’s at 8pm I am there. I put all my effort into each real estate transaction because I want you to be a client for life and to tell everyone what a great job I did for you. Hi, I’m Jamie Ridenhour. Let me tell you a little about my background. I grew up in the Pittsburgh, PA area where my parents still live. I came to the Carolinas in 2001 to attend college at Coastal Carolina University. I graduated from CCU in 2004 with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a major in marketing. I met my husband Clif while at college in 2003. We were married in 2006 and had our little boy in September of 2008. I started real estate part-time in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. After moving to the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area I became more involved in real estate and have been enjoying it ever since. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting new people and helping to guide them through the process of buying or selling their home. I make it my priority to treat every client and situation with care, honesty, and respect.
